Machines are repaired on a first come-first served basis at our workshop in Rosedale, Auckland.
Once the machine is delivered to us the process and timeline include:
- Diagnostic investigation for machine issues.
- Contact customer and provide a cost estimate.
- Repairs completed if customer is happy with the quote provided.
- Customer contacted to pick up machine.
Commercial Espresso Machines
Our commercial services fall into two categories. These are:
- Services provided to our account holders
- Services provided for emergency machine breakdowns.
Payment terms are agreed before any work is undertaken. In general payment is required the same day unless otherwise arranged.

If your espresso machine is not listed above, please don’t hesitate to give us a call. In most cases, if we can source the necessary parts, we can repair your machine.
Our goal is to return your machine to you within five business days, or even sooner, provided that the required parts are readily accessible.
Since every machine is unique, we do not offer fixed prices because we cannot determine the extent of repairs until we assess your specific machine. However, rest assured that we will provide you with a detailed quote after conducting diagnostic testing. This way, you will have a clear understanding of the costs involved before any work is carried out.
Unfortunately we do not service capsule or automatic bean to cup machines.
We offer servicing for a wide range of commercial grinders as well as select domestic grinders. To determine if your grinder qualifies for our services, please get in touch with us. We will be happy to assist you and provide the necessary information.
