SERVICING
We repair most models of domestic and commercial espresso machines. Our historical focus has been on domestic machine repair and providing comprehensive scheduled service, both routine and emergency, to our account holders. More recently we have extended our services to include commercial machine breakdowns to assist with the expanding demands in the Auckland area.
Machines are repaired on a first come-first served basis at our workshop in Rosedale, Auckland.
Once the machine is delivered to us the process and timeline include:
- Diagnostic investigation for machine issues.
- Contact customer and provide a cost estimate.
- Repairs completed if customer is happy with the quote provided.
- Customer contacted to pick up machine.
Our commercial services fall into two categories. These are:
- Services provided to our account holders (Atlas Power Coffee accounts)
- Services provided for emergency machine breakdowns.
Payment terms are agreed before any work is undertaken. In general payment is required the same day unless otherwise arranged.

We recognise that not having your coffee machine available for your morning fix is not a good thing. Therefore we endeavour to have your machine back to you within 5 business days, if not before, assuming the necessary parts are readily available.
Every machine is different, and because we don’t know the extent of the repairs needed until we take a look at your machine we don’t offer fixed prices. Once we run diagnostic testing we will provide you with a quote before any work is undertaken.
